Manufacture, design and testing: injection shapes. We make the injection shapes with a maximum weight of 2 tonnes. Maximum dimensions of injection shape frame: 800 x 600 x 600 mm.

Coating of tools by cvd and pacvd technologies

We produce and perform coating of tools and moulds by CVD and PACVD technologies. These nano-coatings consist of many interconnected layers. Coating increases the durability of tools, moulds, cores up to fifteen times more compared to a tool without coating.
